To donate by check, please mail a check made payable to Missouri S&T:

To specify where your funds are used, please include a note specifying how much of your donation should be used for the following funds:

1. Endowment
2. Scholarship Endowment (donation will generate scholarships for years to come)
3. Current Scholarships (donation will be given directly to students)
4. Academy of Civil Engineering (ACE) General Fund
5. Other Designations

Donate Online

To donate online, follow the instructions below. Please note that you must designate the ACE as the beneficiary for the funds to end up under their control.

• Navigate to the Missouri S&T giving page.
• Fill out your contact information and donation amount.
• Under “Donation Amount”, select “Designations” (circled in yellow above), and a pop-up window will appear.
• Your next step depends on whether you would like to just donate to the Academy of Civil Engineering (ACE), or would like to designate specific funds within the ACE.
  • If you only wish to donate to the ACE and other entities without designating specific funds within the ACE, please complete the following:
• Select “Department Academies” and “Academy of Civil Engineering (500760)” in the pop-up.

Note: You may also select additional recipients of your funds at this time (e.g. to the Department of Civil Engineering, Jerry Bayless Fellowship or Scholarship).

• Select “Continue” when finished to return to the main window.
  • If you would like to designate specific funds within the ACE, please complete the following:
    • Select “Other” at the bottom of the pop-up window.
    • Select “Continue” to return to the main window.
    • In the main window, check “Other, please designate in box provided” (circled in yellow above), and show the amount you would like to contribute to each entity and/or fund.
